Speaker	:	羅偉雄博士教授 Prof. Dr. Francis Law ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 羅偉雄教授是國際爭議解决及風險管理協會，香港國際調解中心和香港國際商業仲裁中心等11個國際專業機構的主席。羅教授更獲委任爲聯合國國際貿易法委員會觀察員及聯合國調解公約推廣小組專家代表，世界貿組織認可非政府組織代表，廣東省法南學會律師學硏究會常務理事及寧港國際商事調解中心理事。羅教授是一位資深國際風險管理顧問及資深國際糾紛解决專家，他擁有超過三十年公共行政、企業管治、領導力發及管理衝突的經驗。由2012年至2018年，獲香港律政司司長委任爲調解督導委員會委員、評審資格小組委員會委員、規管架構小組委員會委員及公衆教育及宣傳小組委員會委員。他爲全球超過二十四個地區的調解中心或仲裁中心的資深國際調解專家或仲裁員，廣東省高院和深圳前海法院特邀調解員和專家培審員。羅教授同時擁有工商管理碩士和法律碩士證書。他是世界多地機構和大學的教授、客席教授、首席培訓師及首席評審。在過去十多年，他培訓了過百位導師、評審員及培訓師。自2016年起，羅教授率領代表團出席聯合國國際貿易法委員會，討論國際規則包括草擬新加坡調解公約和修訂紐約公約等。2017年12月羅教授獲香港民政事務局局長頒發嘉許狀，表楊羅教授在服務社會及調解專業的卓越建樹。自2021年起，羅教授獲委任爲世界貿組織認可非政府組織代表參。2023年羅教授獲委任爲香港旅游發展局國際會議大使，向世界推廣香港國際都會中心的優勢。 Prof. Francis Law is the President of Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC, Chairman of the International Dispute Resolution and Risk Management Institute (IDRRMI), President of the Academy of International Dispute Resolution and Professional Negotiation (AIDRN) and eight other international dispute resolution Center. Prof. Law is an experienced international business consultant and expert of dispute resolution. He has more than 30 years of experience in Public Administration Management, Conflict Management and corporate strategy planning and capacity building. He was members of the Steering Committee on Mediation, Accreditation Sub-committee, Regulatory Framework Sub-committee and Public Education and Publicity Sub-committee of the Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong. He is currently serving on over 30 regions / countries as the experts in international mediation, arbitration, risk management and strategic consultancy. Prof. Law is also the professor, adjunct professor, trainer and Assessor of University and professional institutes around the world. He has trained thousands of professionals and trainers in mediation, arbitration and negotiation He has been leading delegates the United Nations Commission of International Trade Law. Prof. Law was actively involved in drafting the Singapore Mediation Convention and was appointed as the representative of the WTO accredited Non-Government Organization to the WTO Minister Meeting since 2021.

Remarks	:	The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website. On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. To register, please complete the CPD registration form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat. Please install the Zoom Application in advance at https://www.zoom.us/download. For Mobile phones, iPads & Android, install the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from App Store or Play Store. For PC and Mac, download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings. This is an Official and Core activity related to Law and Regulations under the CPD Scheme of the Property Management Services Authority. Holders of Property Management Practitioner Licence may receive a maximum of 1.5 CPD hours by participating in the activity.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
