Details

Leveraging Hong Kong's role as an innovation and technology hub, the two premier technological events in Asia, the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) and InnoEX 2024, organised by the HKTDC, will be taking place at the HKCEC from 13 to 16 April. Tech Fairs to explore a full array of cutting-edge consumer electronic products and smart solutions as well as cross-regional, cross-industry and cross-sector cooperations. The fairs will bring new insights and potential business opportunities to the visitors.

Highlights:

 Last year, two Tech Fairs brought together nearly 3,000 exhibitors from 20 countries

 The Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) returns with staunch support from world's leading brands. There will be likely involvements from key exhibitors including Frameo (Denmark), Tesla (Hong Kong), Huawei Smart Movement & TCL (Mainland China), Goodman (UK), SKROSS (Switzerland), Explore Scientific (USA), and many more.

 The new Energy Storage zone will showcase electric vehicle chargers and home battery energy storage system etc.

 InnoEX features an impressive array of showcases from:

11 Countries and Regions (Canada, France, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom)
Local universities and research institutions including B4B Challenge, Cyberport, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks, Smart City Consortium
24 Pavilions from 16 provinces and cities from the Mainland China

 The two Tech Fairs will cover a comprehensive range of solutions including 5G & IoT applications, AV Products, Automotive & In-vehicle Electronics, Digital Business, Digital Entertainment, Electronics & Mobile Accessories, e-Health & Fitness Solutions, e-Sports & Gaming, Home Appliances, Robotics and Unmanned Tech, Smart Home Solutions, Telecommunications Products, Smart Environment, Governance & Infrastructure and Transportation & Mobility etc.

To facilitate the grouped visit of our members, a Visit Programme details are as follows:

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
