He advised on building codes compliance for WKCDA development projects. Prior to joining WKCDA, he was a Chief Building Surveyor of Buildings Department and responsible for control and enforcement of buildings and building works in private sector. Sr Kenny Tse FHKIS, FRICS, RPS, Beam Pro, MHKICM Authorized Person, Accredited Mediator, Registered Construction Manager, Registered Inspector Kenny is an experienced Building Surveyor and Project Management Surveyor in Hong Kong. He is the Director of Raymond Chan Surveyors Limited and has worked closely with Mr. Raymond Chan for over 10 years and is famous in the profession as an extremely efficient and prudent practitioner. Mr. Kenny Tse is experienced in providing services in relation to property covering various aspects from project acquisition, development and re-development, construction administration, to project operation planning, design and management.

Details	:	PPE License Sharing The primary objective of places of public entertainment (PPE) licence under the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance (Cap.172) is to ensure public safety and order at the PPE. In order to be licensed, the premises must meet certain standards on building safety, fire safety, ventilation, hygiene, crowd control, etc. Ben has coordinated several applications for PPE licence of arts and cultural venues. He will share with fellow members the PPE licence system and his experience in license application as surveyor role. F&B Licenses Sharing Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) recognizes a range of F&B licenses including but not limited to restaurant licence, bakery licence, cold store licence, factory canteen licence, food factory licence, etc. Kenny will share his past experience in facilitating clients’ licensing application and practical guide to preparation for smooth application process.
Remarks	:	PQSL hours shall be determined by the APC candidate's respective Division. The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website. On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. To register, please complete the CPD registration form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat. HKIS members only

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
